the role: FREELANCE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (REMOTE)
Help bring Lila the podcast to life across video on YouTube, TikTok, and IG. Tasks include repurposing content, moderate video editing, and cross-promotion across multiple channels.
This role is project-based. You’ll work directly with a 2 TEDx speaker and entrepreneur with NYT best-seller clients and over 10 years in branding, publishing, and media.

Lila is made with joy, truth, wit and spontaneity. It’s imperfect, playful, honest and insightful, and that’s the point.

Culturally, I see a fixation on self sacrifice and conventional ways of being to achieve success, even in “unconventional” spaces, even to people’s detriment.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Honest and positive attitude
Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening)
You can tastefully edit video & written content for multiple platforms (i.e. YouTube, IG, TikTok)
You can show me what you’ve built on the internet using social media
You’re great at scheduling content, repurposing videos, catching typos, and executing recurring tasks.
You know how to use Canva, Squarespace, Simplecast (or something similar), and Convertkit (or something similar).
