Ep. 20: How to Believe in Your Dreams
Hey fam,
We’re back with another episode of Lila! Let’s dive in!
I remember being in Italy for the first time at 17 years of age and being told to “chase life” by my tour guide.
But chasing dreams to me is less important than identifying your true dreams and learning to believe and trust them enough so that you naturally act. You don’t need to chase dreams. They’ve most likely already found you.

We dive into:
How to believe in your dreams?
The true story of how I literally followed a dream and backpacked around the world
(3) insights on how to better believe (and pursue) your own dreams.
Dreams are a form of communication from your higher self. From your deepest being. They are in fact a language, one that you can choose to learn and master. The world imposes dreams upon you and tells you, convincingly, that they’re yours.
But like a goat who attempts to fly, some dreams are vain in their efforts. You see, the goat spent their life watching swans and felt that was their true path. They paid little to no attention to the inner promptings, both while asleep and awake, that might have indicated an easier and truer, if not more joyful, path.
Are you a goat?

I believe in you. I believe in your dreams; that both of you are here for a purpose, a reason. And that these dreams come to you to dance with you and be a safe haven for growth. So believe in their presence.
As always, thank you for listening and being part of this community. Your presence makes a BIG difference.
Big hugs,
Lalita
