Fear of intimacy is real. It blocks us from being naked with ourselves and those people, places, and things we love most. But what happens when we’re afraid of our dreams? When we can’t bear the thought of being naked, seen, or really understood in front of the deep voice within?

More importantly, if you can’t be real and naked with yourself, trusting your deepest wisdom, how can you possibly expect to build strong, healthy, and open relationships with others?

This episode is critical to your growth as a creative with a higher purpose. You will miss the mark of your highest purpose, calling, and joy if you are unwilling or unable to sit with yourself and bare your soul, even in silence.

What do I mean?

Get emotionally naked with ya’self. Learn what it means to see yourself in your deepest yearning and then ask for what you seek based on such learnings.

Intimacy begins with Self. It originates in that sacred dreamland as a faint idea or calling. And manifests by your hands, feet, and the doing.

But you cannot make your mark if you don’t do the work of listening, of pausing, and of being absolutely, 100% naked with your deepest calling. She, it, the muse already sees you. But are you willing to know that you’re seen, pause in that space and see what comes from such knowledge?
