We’re seeking a people-driven, marketing and partnership assistant to join the team for 20-40 hours a month. You are a balance of people skills and ops skills. Training is provided.

You live a life free of mind-altering substances. This means you do not participate in recreational drugs/substances, ‘spiritual medicine’, or heavy drinking. It’s just not your thing.

Aesthetically driven. You don’t have to be a designer but you understand what looks good and can make it work.

〰️ WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN
We’re seeking a people-driven, marketing and partnership assistant who excels at ops to join the team for 20-40 hours a month. This person will train and work directly with me. You do not need to be a marketing or partnership expert to apply.
Connect and interface with clients and professional network.
Initiate and schedule podcast interviews. Oversee related details and communications.
Define, manage, execute and grow workshops (digital and in-person). Specifically, support me to take the ideas, strategies, and skills out of my head and build them with excellence. You can be virtual; in-person is not required.
Light project management and admin work.
Create simple systems and problem solve.
Proofread and schedule blog posts on ConvertKit.
This is a flexible role with core responsibilities. Flexibility means you’re enthusiastic and willing to take on additional/ad hoc projects or tasks.
