You have two, purposes mija.

[I love when older people call me mija. It’s such an endearing term that I feel engulfed in its warmth. So today I extend that same warmth to you over the internet.]

You have two purposes. One is static and the other is ever-changing. One is internal and the second is reflected externally. This concept and truth as I’ll call it was first shown to me through Eckhart Tolle.

Your first purpose is internal peace. It’s to be at peace and with peace within yourself.

Everything else is secondary. If you feel stressed out, it’s because on some level you’ve made your second purpose (the world and creations around you) more important than stillness within.

Your second purpose, as you may have guessed it, is your “brand”. It’s your external work in the world. It’s your business, your relationships with friends and family. It’s your role as a coach, a healer and an author.

This, however, is always secondary to your primary purpose, which is peace.

For me, I know I’m being truthful when the deepest parts of me are still. Even if I’m nervous, on a deeper level I feel a sense of peace.

For me, I’d been searching for my life purpose for my whole life. This is important, I believe, to know what you’re here to do. But it’s secondary to your internal state.

For many of my #HSP who follow this, your childhood was horrific. You were met with abuse, unkind people, racism, discrimination, and poverty of mind and spirit.

For some, the experiences were less prominent and their effects equally grave.

What this means is that for you to ever live your second purpose, you get to address the noise (and lack of peace) within, first.

You are an instrument of God as you define it.

A flower is an extension of the “ground floor”.

My hope for you is that you love yourself enough to address your first purpose, daily.

To know you’re worth that much that you’re allowed peace.

@TheHausofLala addresses your outer purpose by linking it to your truth (peace). Here I identify the deeper teachings, inspiration, and meanings of your primary purpose: Self, which is peace.
