Free Soulful 'I AM WORTHY' Meditation.

If you're anything like me, you grew up lacking financial literacy. You might have been the oddball with "weird" dreams and aspirations in your family.

I didn't know what I didn't know, and mostly, I saw no future that involved creativity, the heart, or entrepreneurship, but this is what calls to me.

I doubted and rejected that my gifts and talents were of service to others or could be profitable. And when I did lean into my heart callings, I unintentionally demanded too much of myself too soon.

I thought I had to be miserable and exhausted and hide my creative flare to make a living. I'm still rewriting these beliefs and created this meditation as a tool to help you, too.

As a result, I rejected the possibility that what made me happy might be lucrative, too.

Instead, I followed a recipe I knew made money: fatigue, exhaustion, burnout, over-giving, and working obscene hours. This is no one's fault; this is what I witnessed and adopted for myself.

In business, this can mean blocking your creative outlets, ahem, your voice, because you swear it's a waste of time.

At the root of that, though, is immense fear. I would've judged myself for doing this meditation a few years ago. But when I look closely, I see the seeds of artistry.

This meditation is a culmination of studying and performing musical improv, songwriting, singing, podcasting, and audio/video editing.

It would be an unborn creative gift if I killed off the joy and harmonious desire to follow my heart in these other fields.

It borrows and is inspired by the likes of Julia Cameron (The Artist's Way), Theresa Campbell (Just Listen), and Amanda Frances (Rich AF).

So here you have it, possibility, at a time when the world is drenched in fear, you can be embued with light, music, and soul.

Namaste.

P.S. I love soulful music and chose a song to which you could sway, bop, and two-step, and it just hits differently. Enjoy!
