Many people mistake what they believe this needs to look like. The process of letting go will differ based on the person, their lineage, unique needs, and belief systems.

Research shows that trauma can be passed on to future generations. Psychology and various spiritual lineages speak on the notion that we are the continuation of our ancestors.
We carry their habits, thoughts, paradoxes, addictions, fears, and even ways of being that might make no sense today. Unless we consciously address it, we unconsciously act it out.
The dreams you lay out to share your unique voice and message around a particular topic will require more faith and conviction than fear or self-doubt. Even if that more is by 1%. Fear and self-doubt can look like a discerning inner critic when it's fear.
