Meet Lalita Gabriella Ballesteros
Let your freak flag fly! Since I was a child, I’ve been curious about what it means to be yourself and use your voice as a tour de force.
This inquisitiveness opened the door to studying the notion of Self across diverse spiritual texts, clashing global cultures (I worked in 11 cities abroad), and vastly creative and business backdrops, including the likes of standup comedy.
As a result, I founded Haus of Lala: an unconventional branding and communications consultancy that focuses on the essence of who you are.
As one of Skillshare’s first teachers, I taught thousands of students to confidently and authentically amplify their voices. Many of my clients are NYT bestselling authors.
I’ve had the honor of being featured in books like Body of Work by my friend Pam Slim and have written for the likes of Forbes, TEDx, and The Huffington Post.
I can tell you that 1) To know who you are, you must know who you are not. 2) Most people mistake authenticity for ingrained habits, unresolved trauma, and naivete. You have domain over your identity and can be yourself and succeed.
We all have a mic.
What are you going to say?
